Summit Hefeweizen (Minnesota) - A classic Bavarian beer with a light, refreshing character. A high percentage of malting wheat for a light cloudiness that hefe connoisseurs appreciate. Our hefe-weizen is authentic Bavarian Weizen with a light, sparkling character that makes it a welcome thirst quencher on hot sunny days. First introduced in 1994, the Summit Hefe Weizen is now one of the four seasonal beers produced by Summit.
New Holland Mad Hatter IPA (Michigan) - Mad Hatter is an IPA that explodes with hop flavors. Dry-hopping provides a distinctive and floral hop aroma, while the lively and hoppy body is subtly balanced with delicious malt notes. Hatter's hop character makes it a great fit for spicy dishes, bitter greens and beef.
Brooklyn Pilsner (New York) - A refreshing golden lager brewed in the style favored by new Yorkers pre-prohibition era brewers. Brewed from the finest European two-row barley malts. German grown Perle and Hallertauer hops provide a crisp, snappy bitterness and fresh, floral aroma. Fermented at a cool temperature and then given a long maturation (lagering), which results in a beer of superior complexity and smoothness. 5.1% abv
Bells Oberon (Michigan) - An American wheat ale brewed with Saaz hops. Spicy and fruity, Oberon is the color and scent of a summer afternoon. 5.8% abv
Abita Turbodog (Louisianna) - Abita Turbodog is a dark brown ale brewed with Willamette hops and a combination of British pale, crystal and chocolate malts. This combination gives Turbodog its rich body and color and a sweet chocolate-toffee like flavor. Turbodog began as a specialty ale, but has gained a huge loyal following and has become one of our three flagship brews. Just a bit stronger than our other brews, so...beware of the dog!
Avery's 14'er ESB (Colorado) - Named for the 54 Colorado peaks which tower over 14,000 feet in elevation, our session beer is a spectacular copper hued beauty. The treatment of our water to simulate English hard water and the blending of several specialty malts and hops produce a delicate balance between aromatic maltiness and herbal hops. 5.0% abv
Rogue Kells St Rogue Red (dry hopped) (Oregon) - A draft only variation with raw Centennial hops added to the keg, giving the beer an increased hop finish and intense hop aroma. Reddish copper in color, a roasty malt flavor with a hoppy sprucy finish. Full aromatic punch of caramel, citrus fruit and melon, with underlying fresh earth tones. Sweet caramel notes up front are quickly taken over by an array of fruit and hops bitterness that lingers into the night. A more adventurous ale than most.
Guinness (Ireland) - The draught liquid swirls, tumbles, surges and gradually separates into a black body and smooth creamy head. The distinctive feature in the flavor is the roasted barley which remains unfermented. It is pasteurized and filtered. 4.2% abv
